Welcome to Vratsa Regional History Museum. The beautiful building has in its collection exceptional finds from various periods and cultures. Here you can find out more about one of the first agricultural civilizations in the Balkans and in South-Eastern Europe and dive into the mysticism of the world’s oldest symbols and signs. In the museum halls you will come across some of the most opulent Thracian treasures, which reveal the everyday life of the Thracians – their customs, faith, magical rituals and mythical creatures. The crown in our collection is the Rogozen Treasure, so far the largest discovered in Bulgaria!
